LabDraft is an AI-powered tool that helps students generate lab manual content, practical write-ups, and code output. The Service utilizes third-party AI provider platforms (including Groq, Google Gemini, NVIDIA, and OpenRouter) to process requests and generate content, intelligently routing requests between available providers.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated content before submission
  • You agree to use the Service for educational purposes only
  • You will not attempt to abuse, overload, or exploit the Service
  • You will not use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or plagiarized content
  • You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies

4. AI-Generated Content

All content generated by LabDraft is produced by AI models and is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any generated content before academic submission.

5. Rate Limits & Fair Use

To ensure fair access for all users, LabDraft enforces rate limits on API requests. Excessive or automated use may result in temporary restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property

The LabDraft brand, design, and codebase are the property of LabDraft. Content you generate using the Service is yours to use, subject to your institution's academic integrity policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

LabDraft is provided free of charge and without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated content, including academic consequences.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
